Kent Savoury Bakery Product of the Year

Our best selling sourdough, made using our own levain, water, salt and organic Shipton mill flours (85% white, 15% wholemeal). It has a hydration around 70%. The bread has a good crust, an open crumb and we believe a lovely balanced mellow flavour. It keeps well and is lovely toasted.
