This sparkling rosé wine, made from 100% Pinot Noir hand-picked from our estate, is pale salmon pink with a persistent bead, hints of peaches and strawberries on the nose. The palate is soft, rich and creamy with complex brioche characters, a steely backbone and a long, elegant finish. ABV 11.5%
