Kent Savoury Bakery Product of the Year
We have a variety of hand crafted hand crimped pasties encased in pastry perfection dedicated to all 5 Kent Coal Mines. The pasty entered is the "Tilmanstone Topper" Kentish Knocker. The pasty is inspired by the Tilmanstone Colliery that struggled to survive financially however survived & my father in law Ron Martin spent his last working years at Tilmanstone. The miners loved their cheese. Very popular locally too.
