A Reinvention of Kentish pub food, food worth a story, drinks locally produced. All our beer is 100% Kentish. Driven by the word “somewhereness”. We want our guests to know they are ant the New Fly, in Wye, In Kent. Our produce in the kitchen uses local suppliers as exclusively as we can. All our linen is laundered locally. We use little or no national businesses. We support the incredible farming community around wye and have even got their help in frowning produce direct on our property. We like to thing of our little pub as being somewhere between Dowton Abbey and the Dog & Duck. Nice things.
