Handmade churned butter using fresh cream and Maldon seasalt flakes. Golden in colour, soft creamy, rich with a sweetness. Originally produced when cream is in surplus, to utilise a waste product. Wonderful served on warm toast, chunks of butter and preserve, a lovely contrast between sweetness and saltiness
