The type of food that we offer is as locally sourced as possible and always fresh. The closer a products sourced the better as we believe that theres no where better than the garden of England. Everything that we serve is cooked to order, from our sourdough stone oven pizzas to our 28 day dry aged steak from the Butcher's of Brogdale. We currently offer 6 different menus across the week, a la cart, bar, lunch, Thursday steak night, Sunday and desserts. We have kept our Kent and fresh theme throughout all of these menus. Our head chef likes to build relationships with our suppliers by visiting them to ensure we have the best possible ingredients for our customers. The chefs also like to change the menu seasonally depending on the time of year. We offer a wide selection of drinks, including over 50 gins, which around half are from Kent, including Maidstone distillery, Anno etc. We also include a selection of other Kent drinks including rums, aperitifs, vodka. We have made our own local Eccles infused Gin from the local hedgerows, which will change seasonally, at the moment we have sloe and rosehip infused Gin Although we have other selections of drinks we try to push the local products as much as we can as we believe local is best. We have a Chapel Down vineyard 5 minutes walk from us, so this is something we like to promote as much as we can.
