Traditional method sparkling vintage wine made from 100% chardonnay grapes grown exclusively on our estate in Kent. Aromas of peach and honeysuckle, on the palate flavours of lemon meringue with hints of toffee apple and butterscotch. Rich and creamy with a crisp acidity, leading to a long, finely balanced finish.
