Every mouthful is a feast for the senses, but without pretention. Using a selection of the best local, seasonal ingredients (wherever possible), we offer an ever-changing menu of fantastic pub food, from the classics (e.g. sausage and mash, fish and chips) to more complex dishes (e.g. confit duck leg, Thai green curry), as well as a great range of bar snacks and sandwiches (e.g. loaded fries, chicken wings, homemade fish fingers, spicy vegan burger, steak & chipotle ciabatta).
Our team of three talented chefs focus on producing simple, delicious food which our customers love. They make almost everything from scratch in our small kitchen, including a variety of breads, pickles and garnishes, crackers for our cheeseboard, sauces and dressings. We also smoke and cure fish and meat on the premises.
Children and those with special dietary requirements are well-looked-after too, with the same attention to detail and no compromise on flavour.
