Kent Casual Dining Experience of the Year
We serve an exciting mix of café fare meets French fusion, using fully traceable ingredients. Our daytime menus are non-stop offering the full spectrum of the menu from open to close, all prepared freshly in house. We are know for our brunch menu but also offer sandwiches, panini, jacket potatoes, salads, cold plates, afternoon tea, hot dishes and puddings. We work directly with small farms and suppliers to deliver the very best in-season Kentish and beyond produce. We buy our meat from two local farms in Kent either Chart farm in Sevenoaks or Court Farm in Halling, we have own bees for honey in Newington and our eggs are sourced from Coastal Farm. Provenance is at the heart of everything we do at Café Nucleus with 46 of our suppliers being Kent based Suppliers. We specialise in wines from Kent offering 46 Still and Sparkling wines from Chapel Down, Kits Coty, Biddenden, Simpsons, Wayfarer, Gusbourne and Balfour. We have a fully bar available with nearly 250 spirits on offer, we have our own Kentish Beer from Moot Brew in Halling and stock a wide variety of local spirits. We are currently is discussions with Biddenden Vineyards for our own labelled cider to launch late 2023.
