Kent Fine Dining Experience of the Year
Modern British cuisine, with classical french cookery, in an intimate dining space, providing each table with a "Chefs table" like feel, where each guest can be visually involved with the plating of each dish. We aim to provide a comfortable, homely feel with guests and staff interaction, yet producing a fine dining experience, utilising the best of Kent produce with a monthly changing tasting menu. As a Chef that has experienced years of some of the countries best 1,2 & 3 Michelin starred restaurants, I have brought back years of knowledge to my hometown of West Malling to showcase unique cooking styles to the local community.
