Opened in November 2018, The Old Bank Restaurant showcases the rich a diverse seasonal produce of local growers and suppliers, through creative and modern British fine-dining. 

Proprietor and Head Chef, Adam has always believed that truly knowing and understanding his ingredients, knowing what’s in season then sourcing the best quality available, is vital for him to create the food he loves. He also believes in sharing this knowledge with his team, taking his junior chefs to see ingredients at their source and learning how they’re grown, farmed and nurtured.

Adam and his wife Emma both grew up in Sevenoaks with long family histories in the area. The Old Bank Restaurant as a celebration of Adam’s passion for food and their family heritage.
