Our croissant dough, laminated using cultured butter and organic flour, is then layered with cinnamon butter before being cut and hand-shaped into a beautiful pastry knot. Once proved, it is baked in a ring to keep a tall shape before being cooled and finally rolled in cinnamon sugar.
