Our unique take on the traditional Korean dish. Made with a blend of three different varieties of locally sourced cabbage, kale and carrots. We make our own spicy paste, with fresh Kentish apples, chili (gochugaru), garlic, onion, ginger, and sea salt. Our kimchi is vegan and free from fish sauce.
