Kent Sweet Bakery Product of the Year
The Kentish Apple Bun was created as a celebration of Kent produce featuring locally grown apples and cobnuts. As an enriched sweet dough, the bun is filled with homemade “apple butter”, topped with a crunchy caramelised cobnut streusel and an air dried apple slice.
