Kent Cheese of the Year
An unpasteurised cows milk cheddar like cheese, aged to between 5-7months. It has a natural grey rind with a rich golden buttery colour and strong tasty cheese flavour. The cheese is then smoked over oak chippings for 3 days to give it another layer and depth of flavour.
